Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
